As soon as the spring has arrived and the sunbeams say hello, it’s tradition for my daughter and I to go to one of the most beautiful places I know of; Brevik.

This little “cutie town” consists of small wooden houses, boats, tranquility and a pizza place – but above all; a big icecream factory inside the mountain (!), and therefore it’s also known as the icecream capital of Telemark.

There’s no better place to have a melting chocolate and lemon/lime icecream than here, and living the Sunday life like a healthy ice ice baby…
